We are Hiring for the 2025 / 2026 Season!

We are seeking an experienced Ski Instructor to join our team. As a Ski Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching skiing skills to students of all ages and skill levels. We are a private lesson ski school only with a maximum of 6 students in a group. The majority of our lessons are one-on-one.​

 

Duties:​

- Teach skiing lessons to students of all ages and skill levels

- Demonstrate proper skiing techniques and provide constructive feedback to students

- Create a safe and enjoyable learning environment for students

- Conduct ski lessons in a variety of weather conditions

- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on the latest teaching methods and resort policies. These meetings usually take place before the actual ski season starts

 

​Skills:

- Experience teaching skiing or other winter sports

- Strong knowledge of skiing techniques and safety procedures

- Ability to communicate effectively with students of all ages and skill levels

- Physical stamina to teach in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

- Familiarity with teaching methods and safety procedures related to winter sports

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions

- Ability to teach skiing lessons to students of all ages and skill levels

- Familiarity with teaching methods and safety procedures related to winter sports​

 

Requirements:​

- PSIA-AASI Certifications or international equivalent

- Experience working for a Snowsports School​​
