What is your refund policy?
Refunds will only be given when classes are cancelled by the instructor. We will be in touch with you when this occurs.
How can I reschedule?
You may reschedule your lesson for another of equal length by going to My Lessons and clicking the edit button for the lesson you wish to change. If you wish to change instructors you currently must cancel the old lesson and create a new one. In the near future you will be able to select any instructor. Your credit card will be refunded the amount of the rescheduled lesson.
